Upcoming activities from the PTO are listed on our calendar page but if you want more information read below.......
2010 Clothing Drive - The PTO's participated in two clothing drives. One drive was held in the spring and the second drive was held in the fall. We were able to raise over $900 for our class trips, cleaned out our closets and helped those in need. If you missed these clothing drives, then hold your donations until spring. We will be hosting another clothing drive at that time.
What is a clothing drive? Click on the title of this paragraph and it will take you to a website that will tell you all about this fundraising effort for our school. Just call or email Kim Hill to find out when we will be holding our next clothing drive.
Disney on Ice - The PTO has reserved 50 tickets for the Wednesday, 12/29, 7 pm show of Toy Story 3. For more information click here for our school flyer.
The Brain Show - We are bringing back The Brain Show!! This great assembly is scheduled for 1/25/11. Two sessions will be held in school for K - 3 and 4 - 8. We are also adding a sesson at night for Families. Kids bring your parents to school and participate with your family. No admission charge for this event!!

Class trips are being funded by all of your efforts during our fundraisers. Please keep in mind that every little bit helps. So if you sell one breakfast ticket or 50 sub tickets, we appreciate everything that you can do to help us achieve our goal of sending each and every student on an educational field trip during the 2010 - 2011 school year.
Important Information about Student Accounts
What is a student account? Once a student enters 5th Grade a student can participate in the designated fundraisers and profits from that fundraiser go in account for that student. Once the student reaches 8th Grade the money can be used for any of the activities in 8th Grade or it can be cashed out for a savings bond which will be awarded at graduation.
Why does the PTO have student accounts? The PTO realized that student participation in fundraisers drop off after 4th grade and go down hill from there. Most fundraisers offer a bigger percentage of profit with higher sale levels. We offer the student account to help entice the students to participate and it later becomes a reward for the students who do participate.
Student IDs have been assigned to students. If you click on the link below you will be able to look up your Student ID and find out how much you have in your student account. If you have any questions about student accounts please contact Kim Hill or any PTO officer.

Click here and it will take you to your student account balance. If you do not have a Student ID, please contact Kim Hill or Holly Wygand.
